I hath successfully made Hollandaise sauce...in the food processor. I found a recipe for it in the Bitchin' Kitchen cookbook. It was completely awesome. It did not turn into scrambled eggs in butter. I took a photo but due to technical difficulties with my phone I am unable to get it posted here. We had it on eggs in toast with sauteed rainbow chard, onions, leftover roasted sweet potatoes, and garlic. I almost licked the plate.
The recipe does not appear to be located anywhere I can find on the interwebs, so I will have to type it up with proper credit information later.
